Research Interests: Beef Cattle Production and Management

Research has been done on natural pastures allowances to improve pregnancy rates of the primiparous cows, integrated or not with improved pastures. Also the utilization of winter improved pastures to reduce the heifers age at first service using or not supplements. The general aim is reduce the age of the heifers first service and the slaughter age of the steers, improve the reproductive rates of the breeding herds to increase the offtake rate and improve meat quality.
