Research Interests: Animal Nutrition and Food Science

Our research group is working to find alternatives to the use of antibiotic growth promoters in poultry and swine production. Also, we want to produce meat of better nutritional value and develop an understanding of animal metabolism that will help improve productivity and reduce environmental impact.
